Regardless of your size, shape, age or gender, there are some things you can do to make sure your massage is an enjoyable experience. Concentrate on your breathing, for example. Breathe in, breathe out, as deeply and regularly as possible. Before long, you’ll find yourself forgetting about the cares of the day. If music is playing, try breathing in rhythm with it. Think of a relaxing experience you’ve had or place you’ve visited and let your mind wander to it.
